The Woodlawn’s modern look can be the perfect backdrop to a range of different types of vibes. Our space features polished, open floor plan, high ceilings, wood floors, curated art around the perimeter of the space, and easy access entrance right off 79th Street.

Turn-key Restaurant + Shared Pop-up Kitchen
Has opening your own restaurant a long-time dream of yours? The Woodlawn is proud to be Chicago’s first pop-up restaurant, offering a unique opportunity to aspiring restauranteurs to utilize our turn-key restaurant as your own. Try out your concept for as little as one day or up to three months.
To be considered to use our restaurant, you must be able to submit the following documentation:
Food and Sanitation Managers License
Shared Kitchen License User/Pop-Up License (required by CIty of Chicago)
$1,000,000 / $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance Policy (add The Woodlawn as additional insured)
